Panic Bars And Panic Door Alarm Bell:Ideal For Your Safety
When there is fire the first thing that you should do is not panic. Seek for the emergency exit and drop your head. Smoke fumes are lighter so they dispense above the air. my task bar is becoming transparent or just disappearing?
when ever i go to open my internet page and maximize the window, my bottom task/toolbar disappears and the ONLY way to get it back it if i press the windows button it does not appear if i hove my mouse, but if i open any other program but not a browser window, eg Skype, it just goes behind the task bar, therefore stopping me from being able to see whats behind it.....

-yes, my task bar IS locked and it does not have the hidden button ticked

I use Vista, but in this particular case I don't think it makes any difference.
Right click on open space of the taskbar > Properties > make sure there is a checkmark on " Keep the taskbar on top of other windows " > OK
